Haines ^® TouchDRY^® Absorbent Underpads are white, soft, flat sheets with an absorbent layer and waterproof yet breathable underside. Designed to support climate control and preserve skin integrity, they lock away moisture to protect patients skin, and prevent fluid from seeping through to equipment or furnishings.

How does TouchDRY® benefit patients?

• Breathability - TouchDRY is 20 times more breathable than Pinkies or Blueys and 13 times more breathable than Depend bed pads (AWTA product test - ASTM E96-2012).
• Keeps patients dry - TouchDRY helps manage moisture and preserve the skin microclimate, reducing the risk of moisture-related skin damage - crucial for the preservation of skin integrity (refer to independent report and testing for more information).
• Soft on skin - Designed to be flat, soft and used in direct contact with skin. Ideal for absorbing leakage during wound care and surgical procedures, nursing patients with leg ulcers, lymphedema, pressure injuries and other open wounds.
• Odour reduction - The highly absorbent polymers encapsulated in TouchDRY’s core help to reduce unpleasant odours.
