Palexia IR 50 mg delivers rapid-onset relief for severe, acute pain when alternative analgesics are inadequate. Each tablet contains tapentadol, an opioid agonist with dual mechanisms of action – μ-opioid receptor agonism and noradrenaline re-uptake inhibition – providing effective pain control with a favourable gastrointestinal tolerability profile.

• Indication: Short-term management of severe acute pain responsive to opioid therapy
