How to Use

• Always dilute essential oils before skin application — mix with fractionated coconut oil, witch hazel, or rubbing alcohol
• For a travel roller blend, add 2 drops of each oil to a 15ml roller bottle and top with carrier oil, then apply to wrists, temples and behind ears
• For room spray, combine 3 tablespoons witch hazel with 15–20 drops essential oil, add ½ cup water, shake and spray as needed
• For quick relief, apply 1–2 drops to a tissue and inhale at a distance from the face
