How to Use

• Diffuser: Add 1–3 drops of each oil and run for 30 minutes before sleep
• Roller bottle: Mix 2–3 drops of each oil with fractionated coconut oil; apply to wrists, temples, behind ears and feet
• Topical: Always dilute oils in carrier oil (2–4% dilution); never apply directly to skin
• Bath: Add one drop of each oil to warm water and soak
