• Brighter, everywhere — substantially increased illumination across all modes, with UV fluorescence at 365nm now more than twice as bright as the DL5. The difference is immediate when assessing vascular structures, pigmentation contrasts, porphyrins, vitiligo, fungal infections and subtle pre-cancerous changes — findings that were once easy to miss.
• Now connected — for the first time, the dermatoscope speaks directly to your iPhone. DL5 Plus connects wirelessly to the DermLite app for direct control of lighting modes, simpler image capture and a more fluid, integrated workflow. Your iPhone becomes part of the instrument.
• MultiShot — one tap, multiple views — capture polarised, non-polarised and UV images all at once for fast, consistent and comprehensive lesion documentation. It's the blink sign, now on your smartphone.
