Cosmopor E sterile Island Dressings
Cosmopor E is a sterile, adhesive wound dressing made of a soft non-woven polyester, with an absorbent viscose pad which provides high absorbency and cushioning.
A polyethylene net contact layer prevents adherence to the wound and hypoallergenic fibres, permeable to air and water, prevent irritation to the surrounding skin.
Ideal for post-operative treatment and also for the sterile treatment of minor injuries when providing first aid.
Having covered the wound for the first 48 hours with Hydrofilm/Hydrofilm Plus, Cosmopor E is the perfect, clinically cost effective choice for future post-operative treatment
