BSN Medical Safety Splint is an unpadded, synthetic splinting roll comprising seven layers of polyurethane resin impregnated fibreglass covered by a polypropylene liner. Safety Splint is available in a convenient roll presentation making application easy and ensuring there is no wastage.

The unique liner of Safety Splintallows the clinician to control the amount of cushioning between the patient and the splint. The liner is made of a point-bonded, non-woven, polypropylene fabric which can be cleaned or washed using a mild detergent and reapplied after a short drying period.
