Medshop Australia offers a convenient method for ordering medical and health related products online. By using this site you agree to be bound by the conditions and terms contained within the following pages Privacy Statement, Shipping, Returns and Warranty.



This site is owned and operated by Multipoint Technologies Pty Ltd, T/A Medshop Australia. All material appearing on this website is subject to applicable copyright laws.



You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account details or any other security breech relating to your password.



In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price through an error in information received from our suppliers or due to a typographical error, Medshop Australia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price. This will also apply to any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Medshop Australia shall issue a credit to your credit card account for the charges incurred.



Any item that has been engraved or embroidered cannot be returned for a refund or replacement, unless it has been deemed faulty by Medshop Australia staff or the manufacturer. Engraving and embroidery may also delay the dispatch of your item. Engraved text is in the font Arial, size 9. 

Please note that Medshop Australia cannot be held responsible for any engraving or embroidery request incorrectly typed in by customers during the checkout process. Customers should ensure that they are 100% satisfied with the text they have entered before completing the checkout process and payment. If customers are in any doubt about the engraving or embroidery they require, or the way in which it will be positioned or appear, they are advised to contact Medshop Australia by telephone or email BEFORE completing the order.

Please note that due to the automated nature of the ordering process, it is not possible to change the engraved or embroidered text request after an online order has been submitted and confirmed. Medshop Australia will accept no responsibility to honour requests to change the engraved or embroidered after an order confirmation has been received by the customer.



Standard web order processing time is 1-3 business days from the date the order was originally placed, provided all products ordered are in stock. Medshop Australia only ships to Australian addresses.

Please note: All orders require signature upon delivery. During busy festive periods and public holidays there may be further delays with order processing, dispatch and delivery.

Delivery time frames are as follows:

  • Standard post: approximately 2-5 business days
  • Express post: approximately 1-3 business days



For orders under $10 in value a $1.50 surcharge will be applied in checkout.



Our product pricing is displayed as excluding GST on our website. Excluding GST pricing display is standard across the medical supplies industry. Medshop Australia's primary market is business to business sales. As per the ACCC regulations businesses who sell primarily to other businesses are able to show pricing as ex GST. 



Medshop Australia keeps transaction data to comply with TGA regulations. Credit card information is not stored or visible to Medshop staff in compliance with PCI regulations. Personal information such as email address, phone numbers etc. will not be sold to third parties. Medshop may use obtained information for marketing activities, but will always comply with the SPAM act, providing clear opt out options in all communications.

Medshop Australia has these terms and conditions to protect the consumer and Medshop Australia.



Medshop Australia accepts the following payment methods for online orders: bank transfer, Paypal and credit card.
Please note: Payments via credit card can only be processed if the credit card is registered in Australia with an Australian billing address. If your credit card has a foreign billing address, please contact our customer service team for assistance with processing your order.



Medshop Australia processes refunds twice per week. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.



Please note we will email you the Order Confirmation within 24 hours. Upon dispatch of the goods, you will receive an email notification within the following 24 hours with your tracking number.

About the information we collect

When you visit our web site our web server automatically logs certain non-personally identifiable data about your visit. This data consists of the time of your visit, your domain name or IP address, the browser and the operating system you use, the pages you visit and any links you follow to or within our web site. If you use any of the services provided on our web site we may request you provide information about yourself including your name, address and details of how we can contact you. This information is generally required to enable us to fulfill the service you have requested effectively and to notify you of promotions and announcements if you have previously provided your permission. No other personally identifiable information is collected from you without your knowledge. You may contact us at the address above to find out what information we have collected about you. Medshop Australia will not sell your personal information to third parties. Medshop Australia uses software to measure and audit web site activity. The information collected shows the number of visitors to the web site, the number of pages viewed by these visitors and how long they stay on the web site. Common entry and exit points may also be identified. This aggregated, non-personal information is collated by Medshop Australia to assist in analyzing the usage of the website.

How we use the information collected

Personally identifiable information we collect from you is used to fulfill the service you have requested from us such as a purchase or an enquiry. In the case of student purchases the personal information may be provided to the manufacturer as terms of the sale of certain medical products. If the information is to be used for any other purpose this use will be clearly stated at the time we collect the information. If the information provided is not necessary to fulfill the service, completion of the details will be optional.

Fulfillment of the service may require your personally identifiable information to be provided to a third party such as the provider of the service, supplier of a product (in the case of some medical items) or the freight forwarder in the case of a purchase dispatch. Security of information is very important to Medshop Australia and we utilize current technical security measures to safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure with respect to business transactions being conducted through this web site. All credit card transactions are handled separately through an online merchant facility for increased security.

Please refer to this privacy policy periodically for any changes.

Warranty and Returns

Missing an item from your order?

Upon receipt of your parcel, please check that the contents of the parcel matches the contents as described in the enclosed picking ticket (also detailed on the delivery note that would have been emailed to you upon dispatch). Should an item be missing from your delivery, kindly contact us within 10 days from dispatch or 7 days from receipt to resolve the matter. Should we not hear from you within 14 calendar days of dispatch, we will accept that the parcel and its contents was delivered correctly. Please note that items may sometimes be shipped separately, however, all items on a delivery note/picking ticket and shipped on the same consignment+ number/tracking number, should be delivered at the same time.

Warranty / Returns within the first 14 days.

Please refer to the online advertisement for details of the duration of the warranty on the product. Should you receive your items with the following faults we will happily offer replacement items subject to stock availability.

An incorrect item was shipped to you

If we do not have a replacement item, a refund will be given. If the above applies please contact us within 10 days of dispatch or 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange for it to be replaced. Products must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA (Return Material Authorisation).

Configured-to-order, personalised or other customised products may not be returned for refund or exchanged under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). All products must be packed in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

Product is Dead on Arrival

For DOA/Damaged Goods products a postal refund is offered to customers, but not to exceed the maximum of the amount paid at the time of placing the order, for the item to be returned to Medshop Australia.

Replacement of DOA products will be at our expense.

All returned goods will be checked by our service department prior to replacement. If no fault is found, the return will be at the customer's expense.

Warranty issues outside the first 10 days.

Warranty issues beyond the initial receipt. Please contact us with details of the problem. Often these issues can be easily resolved through communication without the goods needing to be returned. Telephone support is provided between 9 AM and 4.30 PM (AEST) to assist with any technical issues and to minimise on returns. All items returned during this time will be at the customer's expense, return postal costs will be advised at the time of authorization of the return. Please ensure that any warranty documents are retained at time of purchase - certain manufacturers will not cover warranties without these documents being returned to them. A number of suppliers require the warranty item/claim to be made directly to them rather than through Medshop. In these instances, you will be advised by our customer service team when a claim is made, to return the item directly to the Australian distributor/manufacturer..

Unwanted Goods

If you have purchased the item and decide that you do not require it, we may offer a refund less an administration fee of 20% on the cost of the item. Postal costs are not refundable. Returned items in this category must be unused and in "as new"; and "saleable" condition with all original packaging and accessories returned.

Postage on the returned goods will be at Buyer's expense, it is advisable to arrange for the goods to be sent registered post or with a tracking number so that missing parcels can be traced. We will not accept COD returns.

Under exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to refuse return of goods.

Unwanted goods must be returned to Medshop Australia within 10 business days of receiving goods.

Engraved or Embroidered Goods

Due to the personally customised nature of engraved or embroidered goods, we cannot accept returns on these items unless there has been a fault made on behalf of Medshop Australia.

Warranty Periods

Warranty periods as stated on the Medshop website are based on the Manufacturers warranty periods, terms and conditions. Terms of conditions differ per product and per manufacturer. Please see the manufacturer's website, or contact a Medshop member of staff for clarifications.

All warranty claims should be made through Medshop unless otherwise stated on the product warranty supplied with the product. All 3M Littmann warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer as per 3M Littmann warranty policy.

Medshop will in certain instances service outside the warranty period, and warranty terms, this is case dependent and is left to the discretion of Medshop.

Warranty Referrals

Certain products and manufacturers require Medshop to refer all cases of warranty claims. These referrals are designed to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and by the most experienced service professionals.

Should a Medshop referral not be resolved in an acceptable manner please notify us so actions can be taken to ensure the correct levels of service are provided. Medshop prides itself on supporting customers.
