COVID-19 Updates

Dear customers,

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing high order volumes due to COVID-19. Our dedicated teams are working hard to obtain stock and fulfil orders at this time.  Please be aware that delivery times and enquiry response times may take longer than usual. For more information about the measures we are taking to ensure business continuity at this time, please see below.

 

Showroom Temporarily Closing to the Public:

From March 16th until further notice we made the decision to close our Preston Showroom to the general public. This is an effort to ensure business continuity and to protect the health of our staff and clientele during the COVID-19 outbreak.

 

Supply Restrictions and Shortages:

Unfortunately, many of our suppliers are currently unable to supply us with the products that we sell within our standard time frames. 

To address this we are updating our inventory regularly and emailing customers with back order notifications. Please note, we've had cases where supplier lead times have been extended by months longer than we were originally advised, or cancelled. This is unfortunate and challenging for us and for our customers.

 

Refunds: 

As a result of the supply restrictions and shortages, our accounts team are processing a large volume of refunds at present. The current lead time for refunds to be processed is up to 4 weeks. 

Due to company accounting structure, unfortunately it is not as simple as reversing the payment online, and each refund must be sent to our accounts department for processing.

Delivery Time Frames:

Please note that delivery time frames may be longer than usual due to the high volume of orders being processed. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

 

Customer Service:

Please note that we appreciate your concerns and enquiries and are working hard to get back to you all as quickly as possible. Unfortunately our response times have been impacted by the high volume of customer enquiries and our limited phone lines. Please avoid sending multiple enquiries via email if at all possible. We thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.

 

Health and Wellbeing:

All staff when on premises are subject to strict hygiene precautions to ensure the health and wellbeing of staff and our facility. Mental health is is also very important at the moment and we will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive treatment of our staff.
