Featuring a two-sided chest piece, the Littmann Classic II S.E. offers high acoustic sensitivity for superior performance. The Littmann Classic II S.E. Stethoscope features a patented tuneable diaphragm on one side. The patented tuneable diaphragm alternates between bell and diaphragm modes with a simple pressure change on the chest piece. Also features: single-lumen tubing, Snap Tight soft-sealing ear tips; comfortably angled anatomically correct headset and patient-friendly non-chill rim and diaphragm.
